MRI designed the Orlando Culinary Academy, a licensed affiliate of Paris based Le Cordon Bleu School. This 58,719sf building conversion features teaching classrooms with a state-of-the-art, full-service demonstration kitchen, pastry kitchen, skill lab kitchen, cold storage and walk-in freezer.
