MRI designed this 10-story, three-building, residential housing community, which includes 415,000sf of living space in the 48 units per building. The buildings and entry features sit atop a two-level, 250 space subterranean parking garage. The facility also includes a marina, recreation facility, raised tennis and basketball courts with parking underneath.
