This project consists of one and two-story structures totaling 96,000sf. The office complex is located in an exclusive area. Sensitive detailing and architectural scale successfully created a project compatible with the surrounding residential neighborhoods. MRI performed tenant build-out and space planning. The project is tilt-wall construction with textured finish and concrete barrel tile roof.
