Huckleberry Sibley and Harvey Insurance
This project is a two-story, 24,000sf office building on a 1.3 acre site. The building is the first on a busy street that conforms with the City/s downtown redevelopment plan. City requirements include direct frontage on the street to establish a new urban street. Parking occurs adjacent to the site and to the rear of the building. Construction consists of tilt-wall concrete panels with textured coatings, standing seam metal roofs, and awnings.
