Work consisted of developing permit and construction documents for renovating approximately 9,780sf of existing Palio Restaurant, to include Dining Rooms, Guest Restrooms, Kitchen and Food Prep Areas, storage rooms, and service corridors into a new theme "Il Mulino" restaurant. Scope of Work included architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering design for walls, ceilings, mechanical systems, and utilities for owner-furnished equipment.
